Alexar Corp Ltd is a private limited company registered in
Samoa with its Head Office at the IH Carruthers Building,
Beach Road, Apia, Samoa. Alexar Corp Ltd has equity interests
in KVAConsult Ltd and Computer Works Ltd.
The chairman of the Board of Directors is Kolone Vaai, who is
also the Co-Managing Director of KVAConsult Ltd. The
Management team of Alexar Corp focuses on providing IT based
financial and corporate solutions for its clients. The e-commerce and multi-media
services are undertaken by a task force led by Alexander Vaai
who has had extensive experience in web design and management
services with clientele including some Samoan Government
Organisations and Private Enterprises. The task force is a
multidisciplinary group of graphic artists, marketing and
business management specialists.
Alexar Corp Ltd has an Advisory Board, consisting of persons
of business and IT background who guide the long-range
planning of the company.
